Chartered on the 26th December 1973 with a membership of 20.Currently has a membership consisting of 15 active and 1 non-active.Club currently operates from the Lions Club of Koroit community shed situated on the grounds of Victoria Park Koroit.Business Meetings held on the third Monday night of each month.
Lions Club of Koroit annual Art Show is to be held in the Koroit Theatre Commercial Road Koroit over the Queen's Birthday long weekend in June.
Beginning Friday night the 6th at 7.30pm til 10.30pm.Drinks and nibbles will be available to all who attend and an entrance fee of $7.00 will apply.This entrance fee covers the social aspect and entry into the Art Show on the Friday night.
On Saturday and Sunday the Art Show will be open between the hours of 10.00am and 5.00pm.On the Monday the opening hours will be 10.00am til 3.00pm.The cost of admission for each of these days will be $5.00 per adult with supervised children free.
Bruce Lowenthal will be available on the Saturday between 1.00pm and 3.00pm to do valuations.A cost of $10.00 will be the maximum charge applicable for three valuations.
Jenny Altmann is to be the Artist in residence. |
